Cable track data and control cables


Highly flexible drag chain cables with a PUR sheath are designed for flexible and permanently flexible loads, e.g. in energy chains, as control cables or data cables on industrial robots, in production lines, in handling devices and automation systems. PUR data and control cables are characterized by outstanding properties.

The PUR cables are particularly flexible, abrasion-resistant, notch-resistant and resistant to oil and chemicals. PUR drag chain cables enable continuous use in multi-shift operation with millions of bending cycles. The cut-resistant and low-adhesion PUR outer sheath guarantees a long service life and very high cost-effectiveness.

High temperature cable track control cables with Besilen® outer sheath


Where are high-temperature resistant drag chain cables used?

The SAB drag chain cables with Besilen® outer sheath are designed for permanently flexible loads in the high temperature range, e.g. in cable drag chains, as control cables with medium mechanical loads.

Areas of application:
High-temperature drag chain cables are used, for example, in conveyor systems in steel production and steel processing or on feeding systems for high-temperature furnaces at temperatures of up to +180°C, and up to +200°C for short time use.
