Sensor Cables | Sensor minus 50 | Sensor plus 150
Sensor cables are used in nearly all fields of industry wherever electronic measurement, control and automation is required. Sensor cables are often exposed to extremely low respectively high temperatures and a reliable data transmission must be guaranteed at the same time. SAB Bröckskes as a manufacturer of special cables has developed two new cable types that are especially made for this application range.
These two sensor cables can be used with temperatures from -50°C to + 150°C. The high flexibility, robustness and the wide temperature range qualify this cable for the application in measuring and control technique among others on test runs of trucks and cars at the polar circle or in extremely hot regions of the earth. The “smooth” sheath surface of the cable doesn´t produce any stick and slip effect and the slim cable construction makes possible minimum bending radii to 5 mm. In this way a comfortable laying especially in test vehicles with small spaces is no problem at all.
Moreover, the small outer diameter and section allow the application for miniature sensors also as a feed cable for strain gauges or as connection cable for modular technique.
Depending on the application field the following sensor cables are used:
SENSOR minus 50
Low temperature resistant sensor cable to -50°C for measuring and control technique. Feed cable for miniature sensors. Strain gauge feed cable with smallest bending radii. For indoor and outdoor application even with the most difficult climatic conditions.
SENSOR plus 150
High temperature resistant sensor cable up to max. 150°C for measuring and control technique. Feed cable for miniature sensors. Strain gauge feed cable with smallest bending radii. Connection cable for modular technique.
