SAB Bröckskes is strongly committed to the topic of training and uses many different ways in a broad network to win young people for training in its own company. As skilled workers are becoming increasingly difficult to find, the company also puts its faith in training in difficult times. "With a good training, we secure the skilled workers for the future", says Sabine Bröckskes-Wetten, Managing Director of SAB Bröckskes. After successful completion, the junior employees are offered a wide range of further training opportunities. That this strategy is successful is shown by the high number of employees who have been with the company since their training. Thus, about 25% of the 500 employees of SAB Bröckskes have completed their training in the company.
